Hailing from Luverne, AL, Dr. Dickey is a 2004 graduate of Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Her passion for animal well-being extends beyond traditional veterinary care, as evidenced by her certifications in companion animal pain management (CAPM) and the human-animal bond (HAB). A member of the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management, Dr. Dickey’s primary interests lie in surgery, dermatology, pain management, and enhancing the quality of life for her patients. The camaraderie and collaboration with her exceptional colleagues are what she cherishes most about working at AVC. In her free time, Dr. Dickey finds solace in reading, writing, exploring nature through hiking and camping, and creating cherished memories with her twin boys on their farm.
